Bali Culture Festival Bantara degree Rain

Bali Cultural Bantara located in Ketewel Village, Gianyar Regency, will hold a rain festival featuring a number of traditional Balinese arts activities and exhibitions of paintings.

"Activities that took place a week it will be opened on Sunday, February 21, 2010," the committee said Putu Virata Dwikota activity in Denpasar, on Saturday.

He said the opening of the festival will be celebrated by staging "gebug ende", one of Balinese art from the village of Seraya, Karangasem regency, eastern tip of the island of Bali.

It also displayed staging of "poetry of percussion" by the Black Umbrella Theater Bandung.

Arts activities that will be opened by Made Raka Santeri, Kompas Daily senior journalist who is also a lecturer at the Bali Hindu Dharma Affairs Institute (IHDN) Denpasar.

Putu Virata explains, art activities are also enlivened by the rain art exhibition involving 12 artists reliably island resort.

The 12 artists will exhibit works of canvas yanng include U.S. Kurnia, AA Darmayuda, Ketut Lekung Sugantika, Ketut Teja Astawa, Made Bakti Wiyasa, Wiradana Made, Made Suta Kusuma, Asmara Putra Putu Eddy, rio Saren, Tatang, UUK Paramahita and wayan Wirawan.

The exhibition featuring dozens of works of canvas was open every day until 28 February 2010, said Putu Virata Dwikora.
